CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE HOLDING OF THE 10TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK TO BE HELD IN MANILA ON APRIL 21 TO 23, 1977.
There is hereby created an Executive Committee to help in the preparation and arrangement for the holding of the 10th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank which will be held in Manila on April 21 to 23, 1977 composed of the following:

V. Villa Special Assistant, Office of the President, Malacañang, and Acting Protocol Officer, PCC-ADB | Member Representative of the Airport General Manager Manila International Airport | Member Director Lucrecia Kasilag Cultural Center of the Philippines | Member Representative of the Military Airport Administrator | Member Representative of the Director National Media Production Center | Member The Collector of Customs Manila International Airport | Member Representative of the Immigration Commissioner | Member Representative of the Director Bureau of Quarantine | Member Representative of the Department of Public Works, Transportation and Communications | Member Representative of the Land Transportation Commissioner | Member
The Committee may call upon heads of departments, bureaus and offices for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its mission.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
