CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE HOLDING OF THE 8TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK TO BE HELD IN MANILA ON APRIL 24 TO 26, 1975

There is hereby created an Executive Committee to help in the preparation and arrangement for the holding of the 8th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank which will be held in Manila on April 24 to 26, 1975 composed of the following:

Villa Office of the Executive Secretary Malacañang | – Member Mr. Conrado Cosico Manila International Airport | – Member Director Lucrecia Kasilag Cultural Center of the Philippines | – Member Representative of the Military Airport Administrator | – Member The Collector of Customs Manila International Airport | – Member Representative of the Immigration Commissioner | – Member Representative of the Director Bureau of Quarantine | – Member Engr. Felix Codilla Department of Public Works, Transportation & Communication | – Member Mr. Pedro Gamboa Land Transportation Commission | – Member

The Committee may call upon heads of departments, bureaus and offices for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its mission.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
