Work in All Government Offices Nationwide, Including Government-owned and Controlled Corporations, Is Hereby Suspended Today

[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 78, December 03, 2004 ]
In view of super-typhoon "Yoyong" (International name "Nanmado"), work in all government offices nationwide, including government-owned and controlled corporations, is hereby suspended today. Government agencies shall maintain skeletal work force to maintain government service. Those agencies whose functions are the delivery of basic services and response to disaster and calamities shall continue to be in their place of work. This Circular shall take effect immediately.
