LISTING THE BAN AGAINST SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS OF DEPARTMENT SECRETARIES AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENT CORPORATIONS.
Memorandum Circular No. 4 dated January 3, 1966, prohibiting Dpartment Secretaries and heads of government corporations from accepting speaking engagements during the first one hundred days of the current calendar year is hereby revoked effective immediately.
