Memorandum Circular No. 598 (1972)

[ Memorandum Circular No. 598, September 18, 1972 ]

There is hereby created an Executive Committee to take charge of the preparation and arrangements for the holding of the 6th Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank in April, 1973. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

Alfredo Montoya Metrocou Commander | – Member Asst. General Manager Alfredo Muñoz Manila International Airport | – Member Asst. Director Arsenio C. Maclan Bureau of Printing | – Member Engr. Felix C. Cudilla Department of Public Works & Communications | – Member Representative from the Budget Commission | – Member Representative CB Governor | – Member Representative of the Director Bureau of Quarantine | – Member Representative of the Immigration Commissioner | – Member Cultural Director Cultural Center of the Philippines | – Member

The Committee may call upon heads of departments, bureaus and offices for such assistance as it may in the accomplishment of its mission.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
