EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL BEGINNING 1:00 O’CLOCK P.M., NOVEMBER 5, 1971.
Government officials and employees holding office in the Greater Manila Area, except those engaged in essential public service, are hereby excused from work this afternoon, beginning 1:00 o’clock, to give them ample time to return to their respective provinces where they will exercise their right of suffrage.
