AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEE TO STUDY WAYS AND MEANS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PHILIPPINE HORSE RACING AND HORSE BREEDING
The composition of the Committee designated to study ways and means for the improvement of Philippine horse racing arid horse breeding created under Memorandum Circular No. 490 dated August 4, 1970, is hereby amended to include Dr. Dominador Rubio to represent the National Stud Farm.
