AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 360, DATED JUNE 4, 1970, ENTITLED “CREATING A COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE A STUDY OF INCREASING THE PRODUCTIVE OUTPUT OF THE NATIONAL SHIPYARDS AND STEEL CORPORATION AND TO COORDINATE WITH THE FREE TRADE ZONE AUTHORITY ON DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL TO BOTH.”
The composition of the Committee created under Memorandum Circular No. 360, dated June 4, 1970, is hereby reconstituted as follows:
