Begun and held in the City Council on Tuesday, the tenth day of February, Two Thousand Fifteen AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREA OF MORONG MANUGUIT SUBDIVISION TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY SPONSORED BY:
HON. MARLON M. LACSON Majority Floor Leader Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading area of Morong Manuguit Subdivision Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations, Inc. (MMANSTODA), to read as follows: "MORONG MANUGUIT SUBDIVISION TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC., (MMANSTODA) Loading and Unloading Area a. Morong Street near corner Pilar Street"
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Morong Manuguit Subdivision Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows: "ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Morong Manuguit 50 Units Subdivision Tricycle Operatorsand Drivers Association, Inc. (MMANSTODA) ROUTE Morong St. – Abad Santos LRT Station – Morong St. – Juan Luna St. and vice-versa"
SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upor its approval. This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila or August 20, 2015.
