Effective immediately, Administrative Order No. 92-010 on "Issuance of Student Driver's Permits" is hereby ordered to be fully implemented. Memorandum dated 11 January 1993 is hereby superseded and cancelled. For strict compliance. Adopted: 4 June 1997
