MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 671-2005 ON THE INDICATION OF YEAR MODEL OF BRAND NEW MOTOR VEHICLES
In view of the consultation conducted with the motor vehicle industry relative to the determination of the year model of the motor vehicles and meantime that the issue on motor vehicle year model is still under study to harmonize with the procedure being observed by other concerned government agencies, the implementation of Memorandum Circular 671-2005 is being held in abeyance until such time that a decision has been reached such that all government offices concerned will be implementing similar policy on the determination of the year model of all types of motor vehicles.
