AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98-004 (TOURIST TRANSPORT SERVICE)
The 3rd paragraph of Memorandum Circular No. 98-004 is hereby amended to read as follows: “The application for Tourist Transport Service shall invariably be accompanied by, among other requirements, an indorsement from the Department of Tourism (DOT)” This amendatory Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately. Adopted: 20 August 1998
