TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORT SERVICE IN REGIONS 3, 4 AND NCR
In view of the proliferation of illegal use of school transport service to another type of service contrary to its approved franchise and considering that the school year 2002-2003 is nearing its end thereby finding no cogent reason to act on any petition for school transport service, the acceptance of new application for the said service is hereby temporarily suspended. All pending applications for evaluation and resolution are not covered by this memorandum circular. This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately. Adopted: 14 Feb. 2003
