TO: The National Economic and Development Authority The Ministry of Trade and Industry The Board of Investments The Ministry of Finance The Ministry of Agriculture The Ministry of Energy All Ministries, Bureaus, Offices and Agencies concerned In accordance with the specific recommendations stated in the memorandum of the Chairman of the Board of Investments dated 2 March 1982, the proposed 1982 Investment Priorities Plan is hereby approved.

Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-two.
