April 2007) The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IP Philippines) issued Office Order No. 44, s. 2007 on 03 April 2007 notifying trademark applicants and trademark agents representing any of the applicants of inactive trademark applications on the list to communicate with the IP Philippines if they were still interested in pursuing the applications.
