GSP CEILING FOR TEXTILE PRODUCTS FALLING UNDER

CAT. 33 EEC Please be advised that the GSP Ceiling of 242 tons for the following textile products (Cat 33) originating from the Philippines have been reached.

a. woman fabrics of synthetic filament yarn obtained from strip or the like of polyethylene or polypropylene of less than 3m wide (CN 5407.20.11). Tariff duty: 11% b. sacks and bags of a kind used for the packing of goods, not knitted or crocheted, obtained from the strip or the like (CN 6305.31.91 CN 6305.31.99). Tariff duty: 7.2% Inasmuch as the ceiling has been reached, EC may now impose the said duties. Please be guided accordingly. Adopted: 21 June 1991
