Classification of garment product for export to EEC countries As advised by the Commission of European Communities, given below is the classification set by EEC authorities regarding a garment product for export to EEC countries. For your guidance. Adopted: 14 Sept. 1990

Lightweight knitted 6110 20 99 Classification is determined by garment (100% cotton), the provisions of General Rules 1 loose-fitting, with short and 6 for the interpretation of the sleeves, covering the combined nomenclature and by upper part of the body and the texts of CN codes 6110, 6110 reaching down to below 20 and 6110 20 99 as well as by the waist. It has at the the Explanatory Notes for CN level of the neckline a code 6110. sewn-on ribbing forming a close-fitting high collar without an opening. It also has decorations at the back and at the level of the chest as well as a hem at the sleeve-ends and at the base (see photograph no. (*) 450) (*) Photographs are of a purely illustrative nature.
