EXECUTIVE ORDER

No. 91,

Capt. Rufus A. Byers, Philippine Constabulary, is hereby relieved from duty as aide-de-camp to the Vice-Governor- General of the Philippine Islands, effective at the close of business October eighteenth, nineteen hundred and thirteen.
