EXECUTIVE ORDER

No. 85.

Capt. Rufus A. Byers, Philippine Constabulary, is hereby announced as aide-de-camp to the Vice-Governor-General of the Philippine Islands, to date from October sixth, nineteen hundred and thirteen.
