Honorable Rafael Palma, Honorable Juan Sumulong, Hon-orable Frank A. Branagan, Major William M. Wright, Commander John H. Dayton, Honorable Alejandro Ruiz, Honorable Isidoro de Santos, Dr. Murray Bartlett, Mr. E.

C. McCullough, and Mr. Ramon J. Fernandez are hereby appointed a committee to assist the undersigned in preparing and carrying out plans for the suitable reception of the Honorable Francis Burton Harrison, Governor-General of the Philippine Islands, upon his arrival in Manila on or about October seventh. The committee will meet for organ-ization at the call of the chairman.
