[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 575, March 23, 1953 ]

TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE SULIPAN CUT-OFF-CHANNEL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

The total cost of the Sulipan Cut-Off-Channel Bridge, in the Province of Pampanga, plus interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Sulipan Cut-Off-Channel Bridge be terminated.

This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Pampanga.

Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
