AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 331, EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 343, EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 369 AND EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 404 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 3 of Republic Act No. 509, entitled “An Act declaring national policy, authorizing the President of the Philippines for a limited period to fix ceiling prices of commodities and to promulgate rules and regulations regarding prices of commodities to effectuate such policy and authorizing the appropriation of a certain sum for the purpose,” and upon the recommendation of the Price Administration Board, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines,, do hereby order:
Section 1. Section 1 of Executive Order No. 331, dated July 7, 1950, in so far as it sets up the maximum selling prices of evaporated milk, is hereby repealed by setting up new ceiling prices for the brands specified as follows:

Section 5. Section 1 of Executive Order No. 404, dated January 18, 1951, is hereby amended by increasing and setting up new ceiling prices for Golden State Powdered Skimmed Milk as follows:

Section 6. Any commodity not included in any previous Executive Order fixing ceiling prices and issued by authority of Republic Act No. 509, or in this Order, the size and specification of which are the same as those of the foregoing, shall have the same ceiling price.
Section 7. The ceiling prices hereinabove fixed include the 7 per cent sales tax and 1 per cent municipal tax.
Section 8. This Order shall take effect immediately.
