SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF A.C. CRUZ CONSTRUCTION, ET. AL.
As administrative sanction for contract violations culiminating in the rescission of their contracts by the Regional Director, DPWH Region I, the Contractors listed hereunder are hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies, to wit: NAME OF PROJECT/S DURATION CONTRACTORS A.C. City National High CORPORATION School, Dagupan City Rehab. of East Central Elementary School, Dagupan City TEEJAY CONST. Rehab. of Del Pilar I One (1) Year Elem. Sch. Dagupan City TRIAD CONST. Rehab. of Tabora One (1) Year Bridge, Agoo, La Union All concerned are also strictly enjoined not to release any sum of money to the aforenamed contractor unless and until they show proof/s that they have settled their liabilities stipulated in Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and
