EXCLUSION OF PERPHYLLON FROM THE LIST OF REGULATED DRUGS
Pursuant to the powers vested in the Dangerous Drugs Board under Section 36(a) of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, the pharmaceutical preparations hereunder described are hereby excluded from the list of regulated drugs: Perphyllon Ampules Suppositories Suppositories Tablet (For Adult) (For Children) Oxythylthcophylline 85 mg 91 mg 17 mg 154 mg Pheophylline 25 mg 57 mg 5 mg 46 mg Papaverine Hcl 30 mg 80 mg 20 mg 50 mg 8-methl-3tro- 0.1 mg 0.3 mg 0.15 mg 0.15 mg poyloxytropanium Hcl Phenyl-barbituric acid 40 mg 20 mg 15 mg The exclusion notwithstanding, the above preparations remain prescription items subject to the prescription requirements of R.A. 3720, otherwise known as the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. This Regulation shall take effect immediately. Adopted: 27 Nov. 1973
