REVISED RATE OF FEES AND CHARGES
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 which provides for an allowable increase of 20% and based on the average inflation rate 5.8% for the eight (8) years (2003- 2010), the following rate of fees and charges of the Department is hereby upgraded as follows: Nature of Old rate/charge New rate/charge Service./Fee/Charge 1. Appeal or Petitions P70.00 P1,000.00 filed against Decisions or Order of officers or agencies as quo 2. Authentication of P70.00 P100.00 every signature on any official records or document 3. Certification of every P35.00 P50.00 document of information based on records 4. Copy fee of every P7.00 P10.00 page/sheet of official records or document A pauper litigant shall be exempt from the payment of required fess pursuant to
Section 21 of Rule 2 and Section 19 Rules of the Court, and Section 13 DAR Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 2009 (DAR Manual on Legal Assistance) This circular supersedes DAR MC No. 15, Series of 2000 and takes effect 15 days after its publication Adopted: 25 March 2011(SGD).
