RATES OF DUTY
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 390, Section 104 of the Tariff and Customs Code has been amended to include the articles specifically listed in Annex A* and shall be levied the rates of duty therein prescribed. The rates of duty of the items appearing on Annex B* have been revised as indicated. Furthermore, the following tariff have been deleted: HS Code Description 7604.29 Other 8523.90 00 Other This order takes effect on 28 February 1997. Adopted: 27 Feb. 1997
