AMENDMENT OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 92-004, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVISED REGISTRATION FEES AND OTHER FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE AUTHORITY
Quoted hereunder is CDA Board Resolution No. 143, s. 1992 dated June 16, 1992, to wit: "RESOLUTION No. 143, s. 1992 RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to amend Memorandum- Circular No. 92-004, Series of 1992 dated April 30, 1992 by changing the authorized share capital to paid-up share capital in letter (a) of the said circular. RESOLVED further that the aforesaid amendment shall take effect immediately. APPROVED." For your guidance and strict compliance. Adopted 16 June 1992
