Commonwealth Act No. 610
An Act to Amend Commonwealth Act Numbered three Hundred and thirty, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Ninety-Six Million three Hundred Fifty-One thousand and three Hundred Pesos for Public Works."

AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING NINETY-SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED PESOS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Section 1. The following items of appropriation under section one, subsection C, paragraph (r), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred and thirty are amended so as to read as follows:
"ANTIQUE
"10. For the road to barrio Martinez, Tibiao | P 155.73 |
"10a. For the Culasi-Camancihan barrio road, Culasi | 3,844.27 |
"CAGAYAN
"29. For the Agugaddan barrio school, Pefiablanca | 500.00 |
"MANILA
"17. For the construction of a public bath and toilet at the corner of Ariston Bautista and Itaguyod and Kalahi streets, Punta, Sta. Ana | 8,500.00 |
"34. For the construction of a public bath and toilet between Ariston Bautista and F. Roxas streets, Punta, Sta. Ana | 8,500.00 |
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, August 29, 1940, with the exception of the following items: Section 1: Antique, items 10 and 10a; Manila, items 17 and 34.
