An Act Authorizing the City of Davao Topay the Salaries of Mayor Santiago Artiaga and City Treasurer Jose Elayda.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF DAVAO TOPAY THE SALARIES OF MAYOR SANTIAGO ARTIAGA AND CITY TREASURER JOSE ELAYDA.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Section 1. The City of Davao is hereby authorized to pay Santiago Artiaga, City Mayor, the sum of eight hundred twenty-two pesos and fifty-nine centavos, corresponding to his salary from January twelve to February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven; and also to Jose Elayda, City Treasurer, the sum of four hundred and fifty pesos, corresponding to his salary from January sixteen to February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
