Subject : Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)

Please be advised that BSRD No. AO16017-DE dated 18 October 2010 covering the registration of the foreign direct investment of SANOFI PASTEUR S.A., France in 1,340,000 common shares of SANOFI PASTEUR INC. has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
