The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on O9 January 2026 the Articles of Merger and the Plan of Merger executed on 18 July 2025 by and between ATRAM Trust Corporation (ATRAMTC), the surviving trust corporation, and Unionbank Investment Management and Trust Corporation (UBIMTC), the absorbed trust corporation.
