The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 928 dated 18 September 2025, affirmed with finality the decision to cancel ABA GLOBAL PHILIPPINES, INC. UNDER THE TRADE NAME COEX STAR’s Certificate of Registration to operate as Remittance and Transfer Company with a Type “B” Remittance Agent with Virtual Currency Exchange service, now referred to as Virtual Asset Service Provider, pursuant to Section 902-N, in relation to Section 9OI-N of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
