Please be advised that BSRD No. AOO0155-D dated O09 January 2017 covering the registration of the foreign direct investment of KERRY GROUP B.V., The Netherlands in 100,000 common_ shares of KERRY MANUFACTURING (PHILIPPINES), INC. has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
