Subject : Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)

Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE/S) 97-000203 dated O08 April 1997 covering registration of the foreign direct investment of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC S.A. and NOMINEES (now known as SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES SAS) in SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC (PHILIPPINES) INC., has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
