Please be advised that BSRD No. AO19058-DE_ dated 29 April 2015 covering registration of the foreign direct investment of MITUTOYO ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., Singapore in 9,000,000 common shares of MITUTOYO PHILIPPINES, INC., has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
