The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized on 03 March 2026 the change in the corporate name of Rural Bank of Bauang, Inc. to NORTH STAR BANK (A RURAL BANK) INC. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 13 April 2026 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and newly adopted By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name.
