Rosa (Laguna), Inc. to Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., doing business under the name and style of Salmon Bank (Rural Bank). The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 5 August 2025 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name.
