Subject : Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)

Please be advised that BSRD No. A018251-DE dated 15 May 2014 covering the registration of the foreign direct investment of SYRINX HOLDINGS B.V., Netherlands in 33,148 common shares of CCL LABEL INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES INC. has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
