The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized on 21 April 2025 the change of corporate name of SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) to MARIBANK PHILIPPINES, INC. (A RURAL BANK). The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 31 July 2025 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name.
