Subject : Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)

Please be advised that BSRD No. AO12558-DE dated 26 July 2006 covering registration of the foreign direct investment of KOPPERS WOOD PRODUCTS PTY. LIMITED, AUSTRALIA representing assigned capital in its Philippine Branch in the amount of PHP7,873,759.49 (USD201,387.47) has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
