Subject ; Merger of Rural Bank of Bambang (Nueva Vizcaya), Inc. and Rural Bank of Aritao, Inc.
The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 10 June 2026 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on 18 September 2025, by and between, Rural Bank of Bambang (Nueva Vizcaya), Inc. (BAMBG), the surviving corporation, and Rural Bank of Aritao, Inc. (ARITA), the absorbed corporation, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of ARITA will be transferred to and absorbed by BAMBG.
The merger took effect on 10 June 2026.
