Voluntary Surrender of Banking License

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 749 dated 24 July 2025, approved the

voluntary surrender by Naawan Community Rural Bank (Misamis Oriental), Inc.

[CRNWN] of its banking license to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Effective

29 July 2025, CRNWN ceased to operate as a bank.
