Please be advised that BSRD No. AOO1891-D- dated 03 May 2019 covering registration of the foreign direct investment of KMC SOLUTIONS HONGKONG LIMITED, Hong Kong in 9,999,995 common shares of APEX RBS, INC. (Formerly; APEX C SIGMA, INC.) has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
