DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF HIGHLANDBANK (A RURAL BANK). The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 9 June 2025 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name.
