Subject ; Merger of MANOR Bank - A Rural Bank Corp. (MANOR) and Rural Bank of Casiguran (Aurora), Inc., with MANOR as the Surviving Bank
The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 29 April 2025 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on 11 September 2024, by and between MANOR Bank-A Rural Bank Corp. (MANOR), the surviving bank, and Rural Bank of Casiguran (Aurora), Inc. (CSIGU), the absorbed bank, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of CSIGU will be transferred to and absorbed by MANOR.
The merger took effect on 2 June 2025.
