Please be advised that BSRD No. A0O02104-D_ dated 18 October 2019 covering registration of the foreign direct investment of NIPPON STEEL TRADING CORPORATION, Japan in 900,000 common shares of PNS ADVANCED STEEL TECHNOLOGY, INC. DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF PNS-ASTECH, has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
