Please be advised that BSRD No.A0O0O1072-D dated 12 May 2017 covering the registration of the foreign direct investment of CAPASIA ASEAN WIND HOLDINGS COOPERATIEF U.A., Netherlands in 5,140,400 common shares of PETROWIND ENERGY INC. has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
