We advise that the following Bangko Sentral Registration Document covering foreign investment has been reported lost: BSRD Investee/Local Foreign Number Firm Investor SUN EVER TAIYO (DE) 96- LIGHT PHILS.PACKING CO. 00052 INC. LTD. Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittances pursuant to Section 40 ofCB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
