Please be advised that BSRD No. A00O1129-DS dated 03 July 2017 covering the registration of the foreign direct investment of ICAP Management Services Limited, United Kingdom representing assigned capital in its Philippine branch in the amount of USD199,960.00, has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to

Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
