PLANT QUARANTINE REGULATORY FEES FOR PLANTS AND PLANT PRODUCTS NOT COVERED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 12, SERIES OF 2004

PLANT QUARANTINE REGULATORY FEES FOR PLANTS AND PLANT PRODUCTS NOT COVERED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 12, SERIES OF 2004
To rationalize the rates of fees for plant quarantine services not covered by AO No. 12 series of 2004, the rates of fees and charges for Plant Quarantine regulatory fees are revised as follows:
A. Issuance of Permit to Import Plants and Planting Materials 20.00 Plant Products (Fruits, 30.00 vegetables, and others) Potential Agricultural Pests 60.00 (Small Animals, etc.) B. EXPORT - Inspection and Issuance of Phytosanitary Certificates (PC) 1. Fresh fruits, vegetables, onion, garlic & fresh 4.00/MT or fraction spices of a ton thereof 2. Seeds, cuttings, rhizomes, bulbs, corns, scions, 5.00/MT or fraction and other planting/propagating materials of a ton thereof 3. Living plants for shipment of ten (10) pcs. or 10.00 less in excess of 10 pieces, plus 1.00/pc.
4. Other plant products and materials capable of 5.00/MT or fraction harboring plant pests of a ton thereof 5. Potential crop pest a. small animals 10.00/head b. Bees, small insects, and others 100.00/PC 6. Cultures of fungi, bacteria, and the likes for 100.00/PC scientific purposes C. IMPORT - Inspection Fees20.00/M.T. or 1. Fresh fruits, Vegetables, Onion, Garlic & other fraction of a ton fresh spices thereof 2. Seeds, cuttings, rhizomes, bulbs, corns, scions 10.00/MT or fraction & other planting/propagating materials of a ton thereof 3. Living plants for shipment of ten (10) pieces or 20.00 less in excess of ten, plus... 2.00/pc 10.00/MT or fraction 4. Grains and seeds for food and feed processing of a ton thereof 5. Logs, lumber, timber, veneer and other wood 10.00/MT or fraction products of ton thereof 20.00/MT or fraction 6. Other materials capable of harboring plant pests of a ton thereof 7. Potential crop pest a. Small animals 20.00/hd.
b. Bees/small insects/others 200.00/PC 8. Cultures of fungi, bacteria, and the likes for 200.00/PC scientific purposes Repealing Clause - This Order supersedes Section III of Administrative Order No. 50 series of 2000 and all other orders inconsistent herewith. Effectivity - This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the official gazette or in one (1) newspaper of general circulation. Adopted: 9 Aug. 2004
